About this Project...Operation Christmas Child is the largest Christmas project of its kind. Shoe boxes are filled with gifts for children all over the world that are in need. 135 million boxes have distributed to more than 150 countries globally since 1993. What an amazing demonstration of God's love!
For 2017, our church is taking part in this amazing outreach. Each month we will be collecting a different category of items. But please feel free to bring any of these items to us at any time! Our goal is to fill 100 boxes in November! Almost anything is fair game but here are a few things to remember: - Be prayerful for the kids that will receive these boxes. - Keep all items kid friendly! - Be sure to buy extra batteries, and tape the ends so they can be transported. - Items must fit in a shoe box! - No glass! No edibles! No liquids or creams (including toothpaste)! God has given us so much, more than we can even ask! He has given us an opportunity to change lives all around the world. We're blessed to bless again! |
